This patient initially underwent a breast augmentation with another doctor using 325 cc textured implants placed in from of the muscle. Her breasts became hard and deformed and the right breast was larger than the left. She developed a seroma on the right side.
For this patient's first surgery, Dr. Corbin performed an open capsulotomy, capsulectomy, removal of implants and culture. For the second surgery Dr. Corbin did a bilateral sub muscular breast augmentation.
